We are currently seeking a Termite Inspector to conduct inspections for residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve identifying termite infestations, providing treatment recommendations and repairs, contacting clients to schedule appointments, and completing necessary paperwork daily. Join our team and help clients maintain termite-free environments while ensuring their satisfaction.

**Job Description**:

- Perform thorough termite inspections on residential and commercial properties.
- Write termite reports and create diagrams and outlines of houses and indicating areas of infestation and damages
- Offer professional recommendations for treatment and repairs directly with clients
- Contact clients to schedule appointments and confirm schedules.
- Drive company vehicle to clients' homes and businesses
- Complete required documents and routinely keep equipment and vehicle clean

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Experience/Qualifications:

- Branch III License required
- Safely use a ladder within manufactuerer's weight capacity
- Ability to climb ladders, work with heights, crawl and move under houses (crawlspace) and into attics,
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License
- Excellent in customer service and willing to go above and beyond customer expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Location: In person, on the road

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
