Seasonal Pool Attendant

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding amenities, including the exercise room, showers, and dressing areas.
- You will also have the opportunity to interact with our valued residents, addressing any concerns they may have with your friendly and professional demeanor.
- Lifting and moving outdoor furniture and performing basic grounds maintenance.
- You'll also have the opportunity to develop new skills, such as performing pool reading checks.

**Schedule: Must be able to work the whole season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)**

Shift 1:

- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift 2:

- Sunday: 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 1:30 - 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to take direction from a Community Manager.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate a 5-day work week and be available on weekends.
- Multi-tasking and adaptation are key elements to success
