In this role, you'll:

- Conduct design reviews of new and existing architectures.
- Develop reference architectures and standards to facilitate effective solution delivery.
- Design solutions for performance optimization and automation solutions for reusability and consistency.

Major Responsibilities:

- Architect and design a robust, scalable, reliable, and secure Infrastructure Automation Platform.
- Deliver Automation Platform solutions to fulfill customer, product, developer, and operational needs.
- Foster a team culture focused on serving platform customers and continuously monitor customer feedback.
- Create detailed architectural specifications and communicate them effectively to technical teams and business sponsors.
- Drive adoption of the automation platform through advocacy and education.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive analysis to ensure our automation platform remains best in class.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver self-service platform capabilities and improve the developer experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ITIL-based management processes.
- Manage and optimize the platform expense and budget in collaboration with the IT Finance Division.

Work Experience/Qualifications:
We are seeking an architect with the ability to drive solutions and collaborate effectively with other teams. Desired qualifications include expertise in:

- Azure Infrastructure Automation (Azure, Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Salt).
- Application installs/maintenance (Ansible, Azure Automate).
- Application configuration management (Ansible).
- Application Deployment (GitHub/Git Hub Actions or GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Prisma).
- QA Testing (UFT, Selenium, Katalon for API testing, WebLoad).
- IT General Controls, with prior experience in SOX, PCI DSS, or other external audits.
- Nice-to-have: experience in Chaos Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering.

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
