**Purpose**:
Perform cleaning duties such as vacuum carpets, cleaning windows, title floors, sinks and bathroom fixtures.

**Essential Duties**:

- Work in any area to ensure all requests for cleaning are covered thoroughly and on schedule.
- Check furnace filters routinely (every 6 weeks) and clean if necessary.
- When instructed, employee completes annual cleaning schedule.
- Report to the housekeeping supervisor significant resident behavior changes.

**Qualifications**:

- For purposes of effective communication with residents, families and staff must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write English.
- Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs. and walk or stand up to eight hours.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience preferred.

**Hourly Rate**:
$12.50 - $16.25
