North Central ShoNorth Central Shores is an all-new 8,000 sq. ft., 10-bedroom assisted living home offering 24-hour full-service care for our residents.res LLC is a small business in Phoenix, AZ. We are professional and agile.

Residents receive physician-directed medications, 24-hour assistance and supervision, custom-designed care plans, laundry service, and personal hygiene care including bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming. They also enjoy activities, meals and snacks—and all for one fixed, all-inclusive price.

**Duties**:

- Companionship and conversation with residents. Communicate with residents in a friendly and congenial manner.
- Personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing, assisting as needed with meals
- Mobility assistance
- Transfer residents from bed to chair, etc
- Detect, correct and report unsafe conditions which may result in harm to a resident.
- Work closely with licensed providers by collaborating in the care of residents and making appointments.
- Maintain privacy, dignity, treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
- Build relationships and trust with residents and families.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Responsible for meal preparation/cooking
- Assist with medication supervision
- Accurately chart and record information according to policy on approved medical record forms.
- Direct residents’ well being according to state and federal regulations to ensure appropriate and acceptable standards of care.
- Cooking
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the premises

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiver Certificate
- 2 step TB test
- CPR & First Aid
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprints Clearance Card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
