Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain financial data, including invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
- Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling receipts and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare routine financial reports and statements as directed by management.
- Budget Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and support audit activities.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Software: Proficiently use accounting software and tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience (10+yrs) in an accounting role is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
