We are looking for an energetic full-time **Facilities Janitor **to add to our team. This job will expose you to a shop and office environment, providing variety in your day-to-day work. If you enjoy learning/assisting and providing general upkeep of our various facilities, helping with inventory and completing light industrial tasks, this position is for you

**WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A FACILITIES JANITOR**

We place great pride in keeping our various work environments clean and professional. This involves completing many routine tasks as well as unexpected tasks as they arise, so the following is required to work for us:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License or the ability to obtain an Arizona Driver’s License
- Must pass a Pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Experience with A/C, plumbing, electrical and welding work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Mechanically inclined
- Safety conscious

**JOB DUTIES**

Some job duties include but are not limited to:

- Facilities maintenance; to include basic plumbing, electrical and A/C work
- Cleaning and organizing shop and office areas
- Maintaining yard area, including the upkeep of the wash bay
- Helping to conduct inventory and general maintenance of stock
- Light industrial tasks as needed
- General labor duties
- Operating a forklift, golf cart and other company vehicles, as needed
- Maintenance and repair of forklifts
