The Templar Protective Services is currently seeking an experienced Part-time armed security. The selected individual will patrol and secure the assigned premises.

**Bilingual Spanish: $17.00 hr**

**The following shifts are as follows.**
- Saturday-9pm-5am
- Sunday-9pm-5am

**Responsibilities**:

- Walk premises to prevent theft, violence, damage, or infractions of rules.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
- Respond to residents call for service.
- Conduct lockups of laundry rooms / Pool(s) / Pedestrian gate.
- Conduct vacant apartment checks.
- Conduct Interior foot patrols / parking lot checks.
- Apprehend offenders (Criminal) using defensive gear and or defensive tactics.
- Escort other individuals off property.
- Must be able to keep composure during stressful situations.
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes.
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
- Maintain an hourly shift log.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Az Armed guard card / Unarmed guard card.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to use proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment 10-panel drug test.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical exam.

**You are required to provide your own duty gear**:

- Firearm-9mm / 40 Cal / 45 Cal
- Pepperspray
- Handcuffs
- Taser (Will Issue)
- Baton
- Ballistic Vest (Optional Tan)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Experience level:

- 2 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only
