**What We're Looking For**:

- A valid real estate license (or currently pursuing one)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork with attention to detail
- Stay current with market trends and industry regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
