**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing the construction of single-family homes in Connecticut, preferably in Fairfield County.

**Deliverable**:

- Put together precise cost estimates for each of our 10 base models of Tiny Homes as well as optional features that can be purchased by our clients, so we can finalize our offering catalog.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Proven practical experience in construction management with a focus on single-family homes
- Great oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally and to build rapport with sub-contractors
- Recent experience in putting together complete cost estimates (detailed bids) to build single-family homes, preferably based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, as costs can vary from state to state and even from county to county
- Strong understanding of contracting of sub-contractors and negotiation
- Has a network of sub-contractors who they trust
- Is knowledgeable of vendors/suppliers of construction materials in bulk
- Is efficient, productive and has a sense of urgency
- Is a go-getter and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, able to remove roadblocks independently and deliver
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Preferrable (but not a must): Familiarity with Tiny Homes or Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
- or full-time position**.

This work **can be done by someone who is currently working** as a residential construction manager or general contractor and has some extra availability.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
