Irrigator

Summary: Landscape Irrigator at various locations such as residential, commercial, park

and golf course locations.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

- Operating irrigation specific tools such as wire tracker;
- Operating electrical systems;
- Handling reclaimed water;
- Operating landscape maintenance equipment such as blower, weed eater, hedge

and trimmer;
- Digging holes and trenches;
- Handling of chemicals (PVC, pipe glue, primer, etc.);
- Loading and unloading equipment and material from vehicles;
- Trimming bushes and plants using clippers;
- Picking up debris and trash;
- Pulling weeds;
- Driving employees to various worksites.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of the job.

Special Requirements: Working knowledge and experience with irrigation systems

including systems under high pressure.

Physical Requirements:

- Sitting, walking, standing, squatting, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting,

stooping, and reaching;
- Use of hands;
- Lifting of weight of up to 50 pounds;
- Subject to outdoor conditions (extreme weather, dust pollen, other allergens);
- Walking on uneven ground;
- Work around gas powered and heavy equipment;
- Exposure to noise;
- Drive company vehicles.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
