**Responsibilities**:
Collect, analyze, interpret, and present production data to key stakeholders. Perform engineering calculations and leverage statistical softwares to monitor process stability.

Specify product and process requirements, design parameters, and equipment capability for new and existing manufacturing processes.

Lead the execution of site acceptance testing for new production equipment, instrumentation, and tools.

Lead qualification activities for new equipment, materials, production methods, and quality control systems.

Create and revise critical documentation such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, maintenance protocols, and internal specifications.

Perform process audits. Intervene when necessary to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

Support the production team with preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.

Occasional travel both domestically and internationally.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical disciplines.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Drive consensus on important decisions.

**Desired Qualifications**:
1+ year(s) experience with process scale-up from lab or pilot equipment to high-volume production equipment.

Experience with one or more of the following: pick and place machines, high-temperature furnaces, lasers, or pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Experience operating in a chemical laboratory, clean room, or dry room.

Working knowledge of six sigma, lean, or other statistical process control methodologies.

Experience with SQL, Minitab, JMP, PowerBI, or other data management/processing softwares.

Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and 3D drawings.

Experience with HAZOP or other manufacturing safety principles.
