**Fitness Studio General Manager**
We are looking for THE MAYOR of the STRETCH ZONE studio.
This position is definitely not the typical "9 to 5" job.
**Compensation & Benefits**:$42,000 - $58,000+ annually
**Base Salary**
**Bi-weekly commission paid on sales**
Monthly Bonus opportunity paid on studio revenue

Position:
**Responsibilities**:
Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
Proficiency in Club Ready, including revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
**Requirements**:
1+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
AA or BS in Exercise Science or a related field with coursework in Anatomy and Physiology
Availability for 1-2 weeks out of town job training
Effective listening skills are necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
