**Qualifications**
- **1- 3 years of previous experience in cocktail serving required in a nightclub/bar setting.**:

- **TABC and Food Handler's certification is required**:

- High school diploma/GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items.
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work nights and weekends are a must
- Excellent customer service and time management skills

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
- Collect payment and operate POS system
- Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.
- Order, maintain, and restock inventory of supplies
- Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar and pool room, including cleaning and any other duties required.
