- Strong understanding of design principles and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for constructing accent walls.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A valid NYC construction safety certification is a plus.
