We are looking for a highly professional and skilled In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We focus on residential, and some light commercial. We provide maintenance, service, and installation for our customers’ Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing systems.

- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs

Job Requirements:
Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license.

5+ years' experience in In Home Sales

Weekend Availability

Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.

Characteristics of a Sales Consultant:
Empathy: Working directly with customers means Sales Consultants must have the ability to imagine themselves in the customer’s position and make suggestions directly related to their needs.

Focus: Particularly for those Sales Consultants who meet with many different clients, focus on the company’s mission is especially important to ensure sales and meet goals.

Autonomy: Sales Consultants often work independently and must manage their own schedule and time efficiently to successfully make sales.

Positivity: Sales Consultants should maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, even if the customers are expressing concerns about the product or service.

Confidence: Excellent Sales Consultants are confident in both their ability to sell to a customer and their company’s product or service.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
