We're looking for a motivated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our practice Dental Experience is not required but would be helpful Below are the responsibilities of a receptionist that we're looking for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems such as Dentrix.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with medical administrative support is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
