**Responsibilities**:
Establishes and maintains Epicor MRP system inventory and production planning parameters, including reorder points, BOMs, Routers, Item Master Data, and other required parameters, to allow full utilization of Epicor's Planning and scheduling capability.

Ensure proper scheduling of materials for production, balancing customer demands and equipment availability.

Release and track manufacturing jobs to ensure compliance to the daily schedule and identify/escalate issues that prevent its successful execution.

Use analytical tools and metrics to assist in problem identification, corrective action development, and decision-making.

Continuously identify innovative ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize machine utilization.

Works with site Purchasing to ensure that vendor programs meet the site requirements for on-hand stock, delivery time, stocking levels, and economic order quantity.

Initiates, coordinates, and reconciles all cycle counts.

Direct and coordinate daily production meetings.

Work with Production Supervisors to manage short-term/long-term capacities to minimize past-due orders.

Analyze job closing variances to determine and correct root causes.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
