Patch Maintenance Tech

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
**Duties**:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing patch machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and using hand tools
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
