Job Title: Equipment Delivery and Pickup Dispatcher

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule equipment delivery and pickup requests from customers.
- Assign delivery and pickup tasks to employees based on location, equipment type, and availability.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery and pickup of equipment by communicating with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Update and maintain delivery and pickup schedules using computer software and other tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and recommend purchases or rentals as needed.
- Track employee hours and equipment usage for billing and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for equipment delivery and pickup.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in dispatching or logistics.

Knowledge of the equipment rental industry and related regulations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer software and tools, including dispatching and inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
