**_ Responsibilities_**:

- _ Lead, Manage and hold Team Members Accountable (25-30 direct reports
- fluctuates seasonally)_
- _ Ensure all Team Members, Company Vehicles, Facility and Grounds looks their best_
- _ Develop your team's technical skills for all service offerings_
- _ Develop your team's customer service skills and ensure that all jobs performed out of your location are done in the Modernistic Way up to the highest standards of quality_
- _ Coach and motivate Team Members on sales_
- _ Foster an open and honest environment for Team Members and inspire great teamwork and positive morale in order to attract and retain the best talent_
- _ Implement/enforce Company policies_
- _ Submit daily payment to Accounting_
- _ Maintain supply inventory for crews at your facility_
- _ Facilitate team member onboarding, offboarding and promotions_
- _ High Level Customer Problem Solving_
- _ Serve as the liaison of your branch to other departments (Fleet & Facilities, Supplies, Logistics, Accounting and Marketing)_
- _ Serve on the steering committee for the Field Service Team statewide, participating in problem solving and research and development initiatives_

**_ Requirements_**:

- _ 3+ years of management experience_
- _ 3+ years customer service experience_
- _ Moderate experience and comfortability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, O
