**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The Clinician will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals with various mental health needs. This role involves utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to support clients in their mental health journey.

**Duties**:

- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
- Perform case management duties to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Work in school based settings providing group and individual therapy.
- Provide inpatient mental health services to individuals in need.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Utilize social work principles to address the holistic needs of clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
- Strong understanding of case management principles and practices.
- Ability to inhale data effectively and use it to inform treatment decisions.
- Knowledge of coding for billing purposes is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
