**Summary of Functions**:
The role of the Junior Transaction Coordinator - Post Closing is to assist with Post Closing duties for the Company. Duties may include but are not limited to: printing documents for closing, printing checks for closing, assist with scheduling files for closing, making copy package of documents, uploading documents received from the Witness Only Closer, scanning and or delivering organized paperwork received from the Witness Only Closer, recording NOS documents, recording documents, assisting with post-closing, organize the Seller Side File and send out to Client, assist Paralegal/Senior Transaction Coordinator with follow up and any other duties assigned to him or her by the Manager.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Junior Transaction Coordinator - Post Closing may include but are not limited to the following:

- Respond to customer inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers.
- Properly document notes in every file.
- Properly scan all documents to file.
- Record NOS documents
- Print documents for closing
- Make copy package of documents
- Assist with scheduling files for closing
- Assist Witness Only Closers
- Upload documents received from the Witness Only Closer
- Scan and or deliver organized paperwork received from the Witness Only Closer as appropriate
- Print checks for closing
- Record documents
- Assist with Outstanding Checks and Escrows
- Answer phone calls
- Greet and assist customers
- Performs any other duties as requested.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Education and/or Experience**
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous experience working at a title company preferred.
- Previous experience recording documents required.

**Language Skills**
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**Computer Skills**
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; a fax machine; a copier/scanning machine; and a multi-line telephone.

**Other Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to multi-task.
- High Standard of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under stress with time deadlines.
