**Job Summary**: Description

Utilize independent actions to drive effective and efficient initiatives across Global Systems & Technology (GST) in the areas of performance improvement benefitting Business Units, Functions, Supply Chain Center, and Suppliers.

Ensure effective execution of initiatives and projects to support BU operations while driving performance improvement in a transitory period with nxtGen eRP.
** Job Description**:
**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Develop Service Level Agreements and feedback mechanisms to drive value delivery to stakeholders and Business
- Develop process for proactive system, transactional health, and effectiveness reporting, re-tool reports to include entire source to settle platform in GEP
- Identify large opportunities for system wide process improvement in operational and/or transactional processes, partner across GST to drive improved user experiences
- Ensure policies, procedures and systems are common to all sites and consistently executed
- Lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize interfaces, processes and tools. Develop actions items and drive completion
- Liaise with BU/Functional management and utilize dashboards/reports (SIV GEP, etc. ) to monitor and improve individual BU/Functional performance
- Understanding the changing environment with nxtGen ERP along with data limitations to provide actionable information to Bus to assess their transactional needs, establish action plans, and ensure their execution, which can require overcoming resistance

**Basic/Required**:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- 3 or more years of Oil and Gas industry experience

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Engineering, related field, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, self-directed, and self-managed
- Consistently meets high standards of quality, performance and productivity
- Ability to independently act and liaise with key personnel to influence transactional performance
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Ability to act independently and utilize sound decision making to optimize transactional processes
- Understand R2P processes and how they are executed in current systems and quickly learn new processes with nxtGen ERP
- Solid presentation / training skills
- Well-organized self-starter that can operate both independently and in a team environment
- Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
- Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
- Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results
