**Overview of Position**: The Office Cleaner is an essential part of the team, who is attentive and focused on maintaining the safe, welcoming, therapeutic atmosphere of the office. In this position, the Office Cleaner will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows. The Office Cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces. To be successful within this position, the Office Cleaner should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period.

**Primary Tasks**
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
- Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
- Emptying trash cans
- Washing and drying windows
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Liaising with the Director of Operations to ensure that there are sufficient cleaning products on hand at all times
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process
- Informing the Director of Operations of repairs that need to be done
- Any other duties as assigned

**Required Skills, Experience and Education**
- High School diploma, GED, or willingness to obtain GED
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to complete tasks on time with mínimal supervision

**Preferred Skills, Experience and Education**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
