Bartender Fill In

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
