Ultimate Horticultural Solutions is seeking a full time spray technician for **Weed Right of Way & Turf and Ornamental**. UHS employees one full time spray tech and is a sister company of Ultimate Lawn Care. We work for mostly HOAs, and a few commercial properties in the east valley around Gilbert, Chandler & Mesa. We provide general spraying services for weed control in lawns and granite, fertilization to trees, plants and lawns and pest management related to landscape

Company vehicle and all equipment is provided. Employees report to the shop in Gilbert daily and travels to job sites, independently from there. Typical schedule is 6:00am-3:00 pm, but can be flexible.

**General responsibilities**:

- Monitor landscape health and care needs & diagnose turf problems and basic pest identification.
- Responsible for arranging & attending all required field safety & informational training.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment, handling chemicals and proper waste disposal.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spray Technician through OPM

**Requirements**:

- Current Applicator License with OPM
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Have the ability to highly functional in a team environment, as well as able to perform with minimum supervision and direction..
- Strong communication skills
- Dedicated and self-starter individual
- Good morals and strong work ethic

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
