**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maximize equipment uptime with timely response and effective repair work.
- Troubleshoot problems independently with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Train end users to operate and maintain equipment properly.
- Maintain knowledge of basic networking, with a focus on connectivity issues and fixes.
- Utilize computer and analytical skills to diagnose issues and plan repairs.
- Repair printers and other equipment, preferably with experience in brands like HP, Brother, Lexmark, Okidata, Xerox.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with the job promptly and without errors.
- Provide accurate feedback, including close call information, parts usage, and customer meter readings.
- Interpret and communicate technical information clearly.
- Physically able to lift and carry 50 pounds, and manage parts and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in maintenance and repair of office equipment, specifically printers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and comprehending technical information.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
