**Job Summary**

Powerstone Property Management is seeking a Lobby Ambassador for an on-site condominium community association in Newport Beach, CA. The Lobby Ambassador will provide administrative and customer service support on behalf of the community and report directly to the on-site General Manager. This position is Saturday and Sunday from 3:00pm-11:30pm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Represent Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service.
- Responsible for front desk operations, including the answering of the phone, greeting of all visitors to the building and facilitating contractor/vendor compliance and visitors/guests with the building access procedures. Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby and main elevators. Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
- Reporting of any serious security breaches to the General Manager.
- Provide concierge services.
- Package check in and delivery and bell service as needed, including assisting people with removal of personal items such as luggage, groceries, packages from vehicles for transport to homeowners’ units.
- Remain in workplace until relieved by employee for the next shift.
- Observe and report violations of the rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**

High school degree and between two and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the property management industry a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including work nights and weekends.
- Must be organized, very detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work under stress, with interruptions, and meet all deadlines.
- Ability to process verbal information and input this information into computer system.
- Ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to master basic math skills.
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
