Sitework Estimator

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project drawings and specifications to create accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Review contracts and participate in bid meetings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to price, build, and contract projects effectively
- Knowledge of cost control principles

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
