Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition assessments, developing personalized meal plans, and offering dietary counseling to patients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being through proper nutrition.

**Duties**:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their nutritional needs and goals
- Develop individualized meal plans based on patients' medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, including portion control, food groups, and the importance of balanced meals
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Provide guidance on tube feeding and ensure patients receive appropriate nutrition through this method
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address any nutritional concerns or challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
- Offer health coaching to support patients in making sustainable lifestyle changes
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in Massachusetts
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and its relationship to nutrition
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized meal plans
- Proficiency in using computer software for dietary analysis and meal planning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
