**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**

This position is a hybrid schedule; on site as needed. You will serve our Crown Point and Michigan City ministries.
- Support complex coworker and labor relations' matters
- Support the execution of coworker and labor relations policies, procedures, and guidelines within FA (including those for discipline, grievances and complaints), ensuring adherence to coworker relations compliance and reporting requirements
- Conduct the investigation, analysis, and evaluation of work situations where coworker relations problems exist or where there is a potentially troublesome situation
- Conduct procedures for processing disciplinary and adverse actions, performance-based actions, and grievances and appeals
- Serve as a point-of-contact regarding coworker and labor relations matters
- Maintain positive coworker relations climate by ensuring ER/LR team resources respond to coworkers' concerns, address issues proactively
- Support and deliver compliance training to various stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline - Required
- Three (3) years HR experience with specialization in relations
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies pertaining to disciplinary and adverse actions, performance appraisal, leave administration, grievances and appeals - Required
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential
