**Requirements**:

- Certification in industrial cleaning or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in similar companies.
- Valid work permit.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Availability for overtime hours as required, with complete work documentation.Work permit.
- At least 2 years of prior experience as a professional house cleaner.
- Detail-oriented Cleaner Expert.
- Own transportation and valid driver's license.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

- Availablity to work weekends is desirable.

**Responsibilities**
- Organizing and decluttering spaces as requested by clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Following a cleaning checklist to ensure all areas of the commercials are cleaned
- Keeping accurate records of cleaning tasks completed, this include taking before and after pictures of the job completed.
- Following all safety and health protocols.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude towards clients
- Reporting any damages or issues to the manager.

**Compensation**: Our company offers a compensation range of $15 to $20 per hour. Please note that this is an Independent Contractor position, and the contractor will be responsible for all taxes and other deductions required by law.
