**Milford Regional Medical Center Nursing Assistant Training Program**

**Have you ever considered a career as a nursing assistant? Our program will give you the skills and confidence to achieve that goal**

**About Our Program**:

- Comprehensive **paid** training to ensure your success (program length is 32 hours/week for 4 weeks = 128 hours total)
- Program is a mix of theory/classroom, simulation/lab and clinical experience.
- Run by the Nursing Education Department, with various guest speakers/trainers assisting
- Participants will receive American Heart Association BLS CPR
- Guaranteed benefits-eligible inpatient nursing assistant position upon completion of the program

**Qualifications**:
Must be 18 years old as of August 1, 2024

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings, nights, weekends & holidays

**MRMC Differentials**:
Hospital differentials are**:$3.50 hourly for evenings**, **$4.75 hourly for nights**, **and $2.75 hourly for weekends**. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
