**Job Duties**:

- Deliver new admission charts and initiate forms for admission preparation.
- Fax physicians' orders daily, ensuring prompt communication.
- Organize and maintain an orderly nurses' station.
- Screen incoming calls for nursing, forwarding messages promptly.
- Schedule appointments with physicians for residents.
- Document information as directed by Nursing Administration.
- Notify Food Service of any dietary changes.
