**Position Information**
- Grounds Keeper
- Multi-family Communities
- Schedule - Monday - Friday 7 AM to 4 PM- **Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs.**

- Pay close attention to detail.
- Multi-task.
- Listen to and follow instructions
- Enjoy work outdoors
- Ability to operate general outdoor cleaning equipment

**A Day in the Life**
- Conduct daily property walks to ensure excellent curb appeal and adherence to property policies.
- Empty community trash cans.
- Power wash sidewalks and stairs.
- Clean laundry facilities.
- Clean community offices and Clubhouse
- Pick up litter on the grounds
- Maintain community pools
