Dental Receptionist

Our team is looking for a professional and pleasant person, with excellent telephone and people skills and with 3 to 5 years of DENTAL INSURANCE Experience.

This individual must be dependable, organized, computer knowledgeable, able to multitask in a busy multi doctor family practice, and be proficient w/ ALL aspects of front desk duties.

Duties include:

- Maintaining patient records & gathering insurance details & checking and understand insurances*.
- Processing patient visits and payments, filing and following up on claims.
- Resolve billing dispcrepancies and denials by communicating with insurances *
- Discussing treatment plans and making financial arrangements

Days needed: To be discussed at the Interview

Salary will be based upon experience.

Patients and staff are required to wear masks. Vaccination preferred.
