Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

- Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to physical and electronic filing and telephone reception
- Data entry and processing utilizing Microsoft Access
- Inputting and verifying purchases and transactions.
- Support and assist accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed.
- Preparation of financial statements

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

- 3 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (required)
