This position will report to the Director of Men’s and Women’s Swimming/Diving and Aquatic facility. The position includes, but is not limited to, duties assigned by the head coach, administrating all phases of a NCAA Div. I swimming and diving program, including recruitment of student-athletes, monitoring academic progress, administration duties, on deck-coaching and meet preparations. The diving coach will be responsible for set-up and running all meets held at the Hillman Aquatic Center. In addition, must comply with all NCAA, institutional and MPSF rules and regulations. There will be additional coaching and administration responsibilities for Roadrunner Aquatics. (Additional salary ). Position also includes assisting head coach in all aspects of running an aquatic facility.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. 2 years minimum of successful coaching experience is required. Demonstrate teamwork and team-building skills.
