**JOB** **SUMMARY**

This position administers and manages the local operations and works for the Managing Member, Lighthouse Title. This position requires the employee to maintain and build a strong relationship with internal team members, customers and prospects.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following:

- Maintains and builds a good working relationship with all Realtors, lenders, builders and other target customers in the market.
- Achieve established goals for branch revenue and profitability as measured by the metrics and reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and displaying effective leadership in the achievement of sales goals and productivity.
- Conduct closings in accordance with established corporate procedures.
- Select, train, develop, and motivate a professional staff.
- Participate in the various sales, settlement and production meetings.
- Work with Lighthouse Asst. VP of Production to insure a good title product.
- Implement and maintain an effective system of internal controls to ensure that escrow standards are achieved, checks and other assets are safeguarded, 1099’s are reported and branch policies and procedures are in compliance with company standards.
- Communicates with underwriters, customers, team members, manager, when necessary, to answer title questions, solve problems or follow up on title issues/requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance in accordance with company policy.
- Provide timely and accurate reports of activity as needed or requested by Management.
- Other duties as requested by Management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be professional, proactive and positive with internal and external customers and co-workers.
- Ability to collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to identify and solve problems and to deal with both abstract and concrete variables.
- Maintain high level of professionalism in dress and demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
- Proven organizational skills.

Beneficial to have Resident Agent's license, but not mandatory for hire. May be required to acquire after hire.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
