Deckhand

**DECKHAND**:

- Assist Captain with vessel operation and maintenance.
- Secure and maintain deck equipment and supplies.
- Load and unload cargo and vehicles (when applicable)
- Perform cleaning, painting and other vessel upkeep tasks.
- Contribute to a safe and positive work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- USCG Captain's License (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
- Class B driver's license (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass federally mandated random drug screening
- Physically fit - must be able to lift 60 lbs and perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Driving: 4 years (preferred)
- Commercial Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Portland, ME 04108 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Portland, ME 04108: Relocate before starting work (required)
