**Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities**:

- Strong leadership and team building skills a must
- **Oversight of multiple locations**:

- Minimum high school diploma
- 7+ years Warehouse/Fleet Management experience **in a manufacturing environment**:

- Customer Service in a fast paced/dynamic business
- Experience with warehousing in manufacturing operation with multiple lines, with high # of SKU’s
- Ability to develop supply accountability systems for warehouse//inventory control/fleet operations
- Experience with implementing inventory control process on ERP
- Excellent MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work Independently with mínimal supervision
- Proven experience coaching and motivating employees to succeed

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
