Program Coordinator Trainee

Role and Responsibilities
Trainee position includes training in various administrative tasks as well as learning to oversee the tasks of employees in order to facilitate proper workflow.
Training in:
- Overall programs management
- Ensure staff adheres to all applicable laws and regulations governing the non-profit and grants
- Organizing and securing Accounts Receivable/Payable documentation
- Financial input via excel
- Requesting checks via Executive Director's office
- Assist Program Manager with data entry for programs
- Ordering of all needed office/housing supplies for the office
- Training VSR & other management staff
- Assisting supportive staff with case management & program participant coordination as needed
- Overseeing outreach and supportive services
- Determining Program eligibility
- Audit client files
- Secure personnel files
- Oversee all staff and volunteer positions
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by all volunteer staff, volunteers, and program participants
- Complete incident reports and write-ups as necessary
- Seek out donations for veterans as needed
- Various tasks as assigned by Executive Director or Program Manager
- Supervise five staff members
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
