Position Summary:
Liaison between the Physical Therapy Aides and the Clinic Director to support staff, mentor, and field questions.

Communicate with Clinic Director to maintain clinic cohesion, delegating tasks accordingly.

Manage and coordinate aide scheduling to ensure proper patient-to-staff coverage is maintained.

Intervene and rectify Aide discrepancies, conducting disciplinary action when necessary.

Conduct periodic staff meetings and attend quarterly leadership meetings with adjacent staff.

Assists with inventory management (ordering, counts, and assessments)

Responsible for general maintenance of the clinic through cleaning and laundry needs.

Provide support to the front office team including answering phones, scheduling. appointment, collecting payments, and checking in patients.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and other health care professionals.

Maintain a safe clinic environment.

Position Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience as an Aide in an outpatient setting.
- Dedication to exceptional patient care experience and customer service.
- Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.
