- 5:00 Am to 2:42 PM**
**2nd shift - 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM**

**Work schedule - 9/80 hours**

**Description**
- Bonds a variety of dissimilar materials (**composite, metal, or laminate**) assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment, or structures into semi-finished or finished products.
- Lays out articles, and cuts parts or materials to size.
- Applies **liquid or solid bondin**g agents.
- Operates autoclave, hydraulic presses, and ovens to complete bonding cycle.
- Controls conditions of heat, pressure, and timing by setting and operating various controls according to the specifications for the materials and the bonding agent being used.
- Monitors and verifies the quality of the finished product.
- Completes **repairs on composite, metal, or laminate bonded products **using inspection and rework instructions.

**Required Skills**:

- Fabricate **composite components/tools**, which may include bond prep, tool prep, ply kit generation, **lamination**, vacuum bagging, de-molding, trimming, finishing, core fabrication, and **bond **work

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
