**Job Summary**

Verify and keep records on incoming shipments. Duties include receiving, unpacking, verifying, and updating inventory of incoming materials in SAP.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages.
- Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
- Rotate stock based on FIFO method.
- Cover chemical operator lab supply duties as needed.

**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

**Required**:

- Willing and able to drive a fork truck and pass certification.
- Willing to work with hazardous chemicals.
- Attention to detail and strong math skills.
- Strong computer skills.

**Preferred (if applicable)**:

- Experience working with SAP.
