**Responsibilities Include**:

- Warmly welcoming and checking in patients with a smile.
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assisting patients in updating their health histories and insurance information.
- Ensuring accurate patient records and contact details are maintained.
- Keeping the reception area clean and presentable.
- Confirming reserved appointment times and managing the schedule.
- Preparing charts for the next business day and organizing files.

**Hours & Compensation**:

- ** Schedule**: Approximately Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
