**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare cost estimates
- Obtain new clients for new construction, tenant improvements, restaurants, QSR, concrete, and more.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best pricing
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, ConstructConnect, and other estimating tools to create detailed estimates
- Develop and submit bids and proposals for construction projects
- Review contracts and ensure that all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management
- Strong negotiation skills helpful
- Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam and ConstructConnect
- Ability to price out materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs accurately
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
