Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various aspects of hospitality management, including bartending, hotel operations, catering, team management, POS systems, culinary arts, customer service, food preparation, and restaurant management.

**Duties**:

- Learn and assist in overseeing daily operations within different departments such as food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events.
- Shadow experienced managers to understand leadership responsibilities and decision-making processes.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience or knowledge in bartending, hotel operations, catering, team management, POS systems, culinary arts, customer service, food preparation, or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to learn about various facets of the hospitality industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
