Leasing Manager

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Advertise rental properties through various channels, such as online listings, signage, and print media
- Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks, verifying employment and income, and checking references
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants and provide them with detailed information about the property
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies
- Prepare lease agreements and related documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect rental payments from tenants and ensure timely rent collection
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property vacancies
- Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to make informed decisions

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and laws governing property leasing
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing lease agreements and other documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
